PROS:
- They were ready for the order on time.
CONS:
- Given the price I paid, I was expecting the ingredients to be comparable to Wasabi or Itsu (Sushi/bento chains) but the quality of the fish was undoubtedly worse. It gave off a fishy smell which you should not get from fresh fish.
- The nigiri and makis were ineptly formed. For the nigiri, you can clearly see that they used a mould and squished the rice into it. For the makis the rice even more squished in a way that the individual rice grains were nearly indistinguishable.
- My tamago (egg) sushi was slimy. There were 2, one was okay, the other was slimy, definitely not okay.
Bottom line: If you're desperate for sashimi/sushi you can go for it, but I don't think its worth it even you're desperate.
