  Not great for someone with curly hair. I'd let my hair grow for a while so there was plenty to work with and I wanted a modern bob with the weight taken out so that it stopped being that awkward triangle shape you get when you let it grow a bit. The hairdresser was timid and seemed afraid to do anything drastic towards styling, even though I'm used to hairdressers being confident in what they're doing and giving an actual style. It felt odd to try to describe step by step ways I wanted it to be cut - It became obvious she didn't really have the skills to deal with curly hair and give a confident bob cut so I ended up saying that if she could do a style she was confident doing and would be able to at least re-shape it to take the weight out then we'd go with that. I ended up with a margionally neater version of what I went in with but when I went home to wash it, there's the triangle again! I've resorted to cutting some bits myself which has helped a bit, but I'll be going to a different hairdresser next month who will hopefully give me a nice, modern style that people might recognise has been cut.
  I don't usually make complaints, but this was a disappointing result for quite a bit of money and no one answers the phone when I've tried ringing to speak to someone about it.
  It's probably fine if you have long, straight hair, but I'd avoid if you have curly hair or want anything other than a basic trim.
