My own car had finally died and I needed a hire car for a week to commute and find a new one. I did a search online and there are a couple of other car hire places that would have been slightly cheaper, but they were out near the airport and some had dubious reviews. I chose Salford car hire because I have had such positive experiences at Salford Van Hire in the past and I knew I would get good service.
During the hire, a 3rd party drove into the side of my hire car whilst it was parked. Salford car hire engaged with the 3rd party insurers and were able to return my full deposit within 12 days of returning the damaged vehicle without me having to spend any time sorting it out - for which I am extremely grateful.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
