After my girlfriend got home she discovered photos were wrong size despite asking 2 different assistants for A4 printing. After returning to shop and asking for a refund we had a heated argument with manager who initially blamed staff for the error before accusing my girlfriend of lying. Got photos reprinted and contact details for the boss as well as a receipt that wasn't given on initial purchase. Got home to discover that one photo had bottom cut off so had to return again! Staff poorly trained and don't know how to use their computer system (we sat in the shop while they pulled plug out of computer and rebooted) and the manager behaved in a poor, condescending and rude manner. Avoid this place for printing as other places are far cheaper and more reliable/efficient.
