I have been living in this place for three years now for my undergraduate programme at the University of Manchester. Generally speaking, accommodation staff are friendly and good. The accommodation is in good condition.

Location is very fantastic for the University of Manchester students. You have Morrisons, Sainsburys, Lidl, Tesco, Poundland in the vicinity of the flat. You have a McDonald, Subway, Chicken takeaway nearby.

However, I must stress this that the flats are not noise-proof at all between rooms. If a door of your flatmate slams, you can get really annoyed. If you meet inconsiderate roommates who are unlikely to listen to you and put a cup on the table hard, you can seriously be disturbed by this. If you are sensitive to noise then you should not live in this place and I really really mean this!. You can hear everything.

Remember, friendly staff and clean facility are just one small part of your living. If you cannot deal with noise, I think you will regret throughout your stay. You will suffer from constant noise coming through the wall of your flatmate. There are so many stupid and immature people out there so if you can deal with those stresses, you are welcome to come here.

Stayed here for the past 9 months and as an overall it was a good experience for the price we’re paying. Great location!
I have a single room with shared bathroom and a roommate that I personally know. The best value added on service is the 40’ television that’s included with the flat, and also the included utility bills included in the rent.
However, be prepared to be awaken by loud street noises mostly from ambulance sirens as there’s an hospital nearby and it’s a junction. And I have been accustomed to it hence the upgrade from 3 to 4 stars, but it might be a deal breaker for some.
