Said he would be there at a certain time on a certain day and didn't show, I messaged him to ask what happened and he said he would come the day after. He didn't show again but did call this time and eventually came the day after. This was nearly two weeks ago and despite me sending a chaser I have had no further contact or a quote for the work. I've gone with another firm now who attended on time and quoted two days later. Shame as the other reviews speak so highly of his services
