- Paul Maggiore Review added: 2017.12.25★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely poor service. We had booked a car over a month in advance for our arrival from Melbourne. Upon arriving, I went through the booking only to be told after some time that the car was not ready. I was asked to take a seat while the employee enquired about when the car would be ready. The same employee then returned to serve other customers at the counter, leaving me none the wiser as to what was happening. Upon approaching the counter, I was told that only he could help me given that he had dealt with the booking.
After almost an hour of waiting with two young children, we gave up and went to the competitor opposite and received excellent service and a car within 15 minutes.
I would strongly recommend that others not use this company.
