Most of the things were broken like fridge, boiler and it took a lot of time (10-15 days) to fix them, and that too temporarily. Moreover, it took them more than 8 months to return the deposit and they unnecessarily deducted a huge chunk of money out of that for no reason. They were highly unprofessional, I used to call them from my home country to get my deposit, but never got a positive reply. I only got some of the deposit back as I returned to the UK for further studies. So especially international students, please beware of this place. Would not recommend it to anybody, even if you really need a place.
