I asked them to rectify and instead of fixing the problem, I received alot of abuse and they refused to clean my car as I had complained. I also noticed some money was missing from my car. It was only £2 but when I challenged this they refused and declined to show me cctv. I will never visit this car wash again, much rather go down the road and receive better service.
