  Brilliant vacuum bought twice of these guys ... the same vacuum in Argos £199 they sold it to me for £49 with free delivery , they are refurbished and that price you can't go wrong...

  Got a temporary Hoover from these cowboys just to last till we moved. Wish I hadn't bothered. I spoke to them and agreed a price for an upright vax. When they guy arrived he claimed the Hoover was £10 more than the agreed price and said to pick another from his van. He suggested one and handed it over plugged it and for a few seconds it worked fine. Although we weren't impressed with being messed about we just wanted a temporary Hoover so weren't too bothered whether it was an upright or pull along. It was more so that the guy tried to con an extra £10 on the door.
  Later the same day we got a message saying not to use to Hoover and to take the filter out and let it dry.
  We again were not impressed as these were supposedly reconditioned so you would think they had been cleaned and given Brand New filters but no these guys wash the old filters and put them back in so you get all the old dirt and bacteria from the previous user.
  We let the filter dry and waited until the next day to use the Hoover. When we came to use it we found that the bristles on the brush would not fully recess so they drag on the carpet. Also the poll for the brush was fitted upside down but this was the only way it fitted so had obviously had come from a different Hoover. Then the neck of the brush would not bend so it was beyond ridiculous to try and manoeuvre. Also when the Hoover was switched on the most horrendous smell came out and lingered it's was a mixture of stale fish and wet dog absolutely appalling we had to open all of the Windows and spray air fresheners to try and clear it.
  I then messaged the vacuum people and received no reply. I persisted and messaged again through Facebook. They eventually replied and agreed to collect on Monday evening. I tried to message on Monday via Facebook to ensure they were collecting as agreed to find they had blocked incoming messages from me. As to be expected they had no intention of coming back for it and said they would come this evening instead of Monday. After multiple messages saying their driver would collect this evening no one has shown up to collect this horrendous smelly Hoover or refund my money.
  To add insult to injury the guy that sold it to us has said he was going to scrap it anyway but was happy enough to charge us £25 for it only a week earlier.
  I would be very wary or parting with your money with these people. They give honest traders a bad name.
