The food was so late, and we received little apology. When it eventually came, literally half of the order was missing and we had to wait an extra 15-20 minutes to receive this food.
All of this meant when it eventually arrived, the food wasn’t warm and was frankly poor quality.
We’ve used this takeaway so much over the past couple of years and this would’ve been okay if the restaurant were helpful and apologetic but this is the end of us shopping at bento king, go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
