To see me now (albeit the receptionist did accept it was her fault as she was alone and backed up). However I was told to take a seat whilst the receptionist checked the situation. I then waited a further 15 minutes to then be told she cannot see me. I am extremely upset by this as I work full time and went out of my way to attend. This could have been avoided with more staff on reception.
I wish to update my review as the practice contacted me and sorted this very efficiently. I am now very happy. Thank you.
